Height and Distance ( Model 1)


Height and distance is the branch of trigonometry. Its main application is to find the height of any objects like tree, building, mountain, pole, tower etc and the distance between two objects like distance between two edges of the river(i.e, width). This method is very useful in surveying, making map, astronomy etc.

Learning Objective (सिकाई उपलब्धी)

To understand how and what determines the angle of elevation and angle of depression, the students will investigate the height if distance is given. They will be able to experiment in finding the height of a any object by changing the angle when distance is fixed

User Guideline
