Center of mass of a circular arc

This GeoGebra demonstration shows the center of mass (black dot) of a thin circular arc (red curve). Use the purple slider to change the radius of the arc, and the red slider to change its angle of aperture. The blue dashed curve corresponds to the trajectory followed by the center of mass as the length of the arc increases. The arc is assumed to have a uniform distribution of mass.
