Pi radian is equal to 180 degrees and vice versa.
When the central angle is in radian, arc length is given by the product of the central angle and the radius of the circle. So when the central angle is one-fourth of 'pi', that is, 45 degrees, and the radius is 4 units, the arc length equals 'pi' units. Units can be of length, that is, in, ft, yd, mm, cm, m, etc.
