Multiply rectangles as shown by the dashed lines, then choose an auxiliary vanishing point anywhere on the horizon line Note: blue points are interactive
Draw a line through VP (aux) and D and intersect it with a line parallel to the horizon line and mark off point Q
1. Intersect lines through VP (aux) and F/N/M with the green line 2. Choose a point O on the line segment FD and draw a line segment OD1 parallel to ED, then intersect a line through VP (aux) and O with the green line and mark off point S
1. Measure distance between S and Q, call it d. Plot points W and V at distance d to the left of T and U respectively 2. Intersect lines through VP (aux) and W/V with DM and mark off points Z/A1, draw line segment ZC1 and A1B1 parallel to DE
1. Draw a line through VP1 perpendicular to the horizon line called vanishing line 2. Extend diagonals DD1, FC1, NB1 (pink) and DG, FJ, NL (blue) and notice they converge on the vanishing line, which means we could have used points on the vanishing lines for proportional division of the rectangles
