Rotations
A rotation is when a figure moves and turns itself around a fixed point, called the center of rotation. In this case, the center of rotation is the origin since we are on a coordinate grid. Each vertex on the pre-image moved the same degree and direction around the center of rotation, so in this example they each moved 90 degrees counterclockwise around the origin.
