you can use these applets to see what the affects are from a limited number of spares (s) in relation to the total number of parts (n) on the (un)availability rom a system. The second applet gives you the opportunity to fill in some values yourself. Be careful, when you enter a value for s that is to high, the calculation will become to difficult and the graphs will not render. These apples are for demonstrative uses only.
