Creating objects in Graphics 2 window

Graphics 2 can be displayed from the menu using View > Graphics 2
If the Graphics 2 window is selected then items created in the Input bar will be created in the Graphics 2 window
The Advanced tab of Object Properties (Right-click:Object properties)can be used to set whether an object is visible in various locations (Graphics,Graphics 2, 3D Graphics)

Try creating items in either (or both) of the views below.
