1) Plot Rectangle ABCD with the following points with the point feature
A(-3,1) B(-1, 4) C(6,-1) D(4,-4)
2) Connect the points to draw the rectangle with the polygon feature
3) Rotate the figure 90 degrees counterclockwise about the origin.
4) Plot the new points and connect them to draw the rotated rectangle.
