An unfinished game. 1) Design the second racer at point A. If you use the Rigid Polygon tool, the Segment with Fixed Length tool, and things built off of those points, it will race without getting distorted. For the flying saucer I used the Rigid Polygon, midpoints, and a semicircle between two points. 2) Run many races to test the settings. The speed controls are chosen randomly from a range that's trying to make it fair. Is it? Are the races close enough to be interesting? What would you change?
Advanced 3) To try to make it interesting I made one racer to start faster and the other to accelerate faster. Can you tell which is which? The variables that control that are Astart, Bstart, Aspeed and Bspeed. You can change those from object properties or using the Algebra View. More GeoGebra posted at mathhombre.blogspot.com.
