Triangle Height

The height of a triangle is a perpendicular segment from a vertex to the base opposite the vertex. In this example, the vertex opposite the base is B. Segment BD is the perpendicular segment to the base.
Investigate by moving point B. Does the height change if Point B is between A and C or to the left/right of the points?
