Translation of Circles

From this page, you can determine the new position and the new equation of a circle, once its center (and all other points) have been translated left/right and up/down
Change the value of "h" and "k" on the sliders in order to translate (or move) the center point (0,0) as well as the rest of points of the original circle to a new position. Record the values of "h" and "k" (the translation vector) as well as the new equation of the circle, given its new location.
