GeoGebra provides a Toolbar with a selection of Tools specific for the 
CAS View. You can activate a Tool by clicking on the button showing the corresponding icon.

- Type the equation
3x + 1 = 10into the CAS Input Bar. - Select the Solve tool from the CAS View Toolbar.
Note: The equation is solved and the solution is shown underneath the equation.
- Type the term
(x² - 4)into the CAS Input Bar. - Select the Factor tool from the CAS View Toolbar.
