The greatest common Divisor (GCD) is the largest number that divides two numbers evenly. The Least Common Multiple (LCM) is the smallest positive number that both numbers share as a multiple. Multiples of 24: 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, .... Multiples of 36: 36, 72, 108, 144, ... Answer is 72
