# Symmetry of the Graph of y = sin(t)

This can be used to illustrate the symmetry of the graph of

*y*= sin(*x*). The graph is symmetric about the origin. This is illustrated by showing that whenever a point (*t*, sin(*t*)) is on the graph, the point (*-t*, -sin(*t*)) is also on the graph. Use the slider to change the value of*t*.
