Repeating Sequence to a Periodic

A periodic function that satisfies all values in [List], and repeats afterwards.
I learnt the general function after writing up several pages of working. Just made it on geogebra to see if it actually worked. Yay.
The only interactions available are changing the elements in [List], by either the values or the length. All real values are accepted.
