Circles on Octagonal grid with animated points/segments
Unit circle with 8 circles of radius = 0.35
Points on each circle joined to points on other 7 circles
The animation speeds of each point are slightly different so the pattern
does not repeat for a loooooong time.
If you Freeze the animation, you can reposition the points on the circles.
