Function:
This is a rational function where the solutions are infinite but no matter how far the solutions go, it will never reach its vertical and horizontal asymptote.
Vertical Asymptote: to find the V.A. is to set the denominator to 0 and solve for "x"
bx+c=0
-5x+50=0
-5x=-50
x=10
Horizontal Asymptote: in this case the "d" variable determines the vertical shift
y=d
d=13
therefore y=13
