A reflection is a flip preformed over the "line of reflection". They are isometric but do not preserve orientation. I know that this image is a reflection over the x-axis because the line of reflection is equidistant from the figure and its reflection. Also the line of reflection forms a 90 degree angle with any segment connecting any point on the pre-image with the image. Lastly the coordinates are the the same, except for in the image the y-coordinate is negative from the y-coordinate in the pre-image.
