10.2 Geogebra Task

  1. Create a circle with a center, A, through a point, B.
  2. Construct two chords by creating two lines through the center, creating segment connecting the points of intersection to the circle, then hiding the lines.
  3. Create four arcs using the "Circular Arc" tool. Select the center then the two endpoints of the arc in a counter-clockwise motion.
  4. Measure the lengths of the circumference of the circle, the four arcs, and the four central angles created.
  5. Insert text showing the ratio (decimal rounded to nearest tenth) of the four arcs each to the circumference
  6. Insert text showing the ratio (decimal rounded to the nearest tenth) of the four central angles to 360.
  7. If all four decimal match the other four - you are done!
