Triangle Inequality

Move the sliders to change the lengths of the sides. Try to make a triangle using the lengths of sides a, b, and c in the table below. To adjust the length of a, b, or c, drag the slider to the indicated value. Then, swing the endpoints of the figure to see whether you can make a triangle. The endpoints must meet to form the vertices of the triangle. If a triangle is formed draw a picture in the space provided.
