Epicycle of a planet.

Author:
ltgrau
In this construction we generate an epicycle that represents the orbit of a planet around the Earth in a Ptolemaic system. This geometric model was used to explain the variations in speed and direction of the apparent motion of the moon, sun and planets.
We can generate different sizes for the epicycle from different values of the radius (r). Moving the angle we are drawing the epicycle.
