Steps:
1.Draw an angle
2.Draw first arc intersecting both rays of the angle
3.Measure intersections
4.Draw 2nd arc from bottom intersection, inside the angle
5.Draw 3rd arc from top intersection, inside the angle
6.From the vertex draw a line through intersection of 2nd and 3rd arc
