Copy a Line Segment (congruent segments)

Step 1: Draw a line segment using a straight edge or a ruler, and label it AB
Step 2: Now use your compass tool, and put the pointed edge on point A and the writing part with the pencil on point be.
Step 3: Now draw a circle using your compass, after you are done making the circle do not change the compass at all.
Step 4: Now make a point C
Step 5: Grab your compass, and put the pointed side on point C, and draw a circle around point C
Step 6: Use any end point on the circle of C and call it point D.
Step 7: Using a straight edge or ruler, draw a line from point C to point D.
