Fractional part of multiples plot

Plotting the fractional parts of multiples of a given rational between 0 and 1
When you drag the point A, the value of t changes since t is set to be y/x where (x,y)=A. It is the plot of the points (n,abs(round(t*n)-t*n)) that is shown. This is not actually the fractional parts but the distances to the nearest integers.
