Classifying and Creating Quadrilaterals

This interactive activity provides students with the ability to classify different quadrilaterals by their attributes. It also challenges students to create their own quadrilaterals that do not fall under the three types already created.
Classify the three shapes based on their attributes. Manipulate and move the shapes to see what attributes change and what do not. Do these changes affect the classification of the shape? What do all three shapes have in common? Challenge: Create two quadrilaterals that do not resemble those already drawn. However, make sure both are different quadrilaterals.
