Looking center for pointed and multi centered archs

Looking for the construction of this pointed arch, we observed it has a low centres not down on the start line. This is due to the rise of the arch compared with the ceiling.
With GeoGebra we can proceed inversely in order to reconstruct the method for doing the arch.
