This is how you create it.
1-Make a circle with center point.
2-Make a point and put it somewhere on the circle.
3-Make another circle with center point to connect the point you made with the first circle with center point.
4-Make sure you label all the points, right click on point C, and turn animation on, there is a pause and play icon at the bottom left of the screen, pause it so you can edit the object's properties.
5-Right click on C again, select object properties, turn on trace object, then go to the advanced tab, there should be a set of dynamic colors, red, green, and blue, don't do anything to the opacity. On red, type in "x(C)" on green, type in "y(C)", and then on blue, put "3x(C)".
6-Exit the object properties tab and the circle should rotate and create a rainbow full of colors.
7-And if you want you can turn off "show object" on everything to make it look better.
