The Diamond Structure

On this web page, I demonstrate how the kite structures in three strong JSB hexagons and three diluted hexagons can be combined into one figure: the diamond structure. This page shows:
  • the creation of the Rhombic Dodecahedron (RDH) (cf. Section 8.2).
  • the generation of the diamond structure in two stages: Stage One and Stage Two (cf. Section 8.3).
  • the diamond structure inside the RDH and the solid diamond structure (cf. Section 8.3).
  • the distribution of extended binary, gradable and measure adjectives inside the diamond structure (cf. Section 8.4)
The GeoGebra applet allows you to interact with the three-dimensional figures: you can rotate (right mouse button), zoom (scroll), click points and segments etc.
