BLUE & RED started from the same point at the same time down the same path to school.
RED decided to walk at 'rabbit' speed the first half of the the distance and at 'turtle' speed the second half of the distance.
BLUE decided to walk at 'rabbit' speed half the time and at 'turtle' speed half the time.
