Write a proportion showing the relationships for each of the following situations
- 1) Segments are intersecting INSIDE the circle (chords)
- 2) Segments are intersecting OUTSIDE the circle (secants)
- 3) Two points on the edge of the circle are overlapping (1 secant and 1 tangent).
