This applet is designed to let you investigate graphically solving trigonometric equations involving sine functions.
The function being graphed in blue is: y = K + a sin [bx+c].
The function being graphed in red is: h(x) = h (a constant).
Use the sliders to change the values of a, b, c, k, and h and see in how many places the graphs intersect.
