Integral of juxtaposed semi-circles

Created the juxtaposed semi-circles using a piecewise function If[-1≤x≤1,-sqrt(1-x^2)+0.5,sqrt(1-(x-2)^2)+0.5] This is an if-then-else command

And then use the integral[<function>,<variable>] command
