Activity 8a

If an exterior angle is formed by extending one side of a triangle, then the sum of the remote interior angles will equal the exterior angle.

Activity 8b

If an exterior angle is formed by extending one side of the triangle, then the exterior angle is the same as the two remote interior angles added together.
