Sine amplitude and period

This applet will allow you to examine how different values a,b,h,k in the trigonometric functions change the original graph for the equations.
As you investigate this applet, consider the following: 1. How do each of the variables affect the three trig functions, sine, cosine, and tangent? 2. Which of them affect the amplitude and period, and which affect the position on the coordinate plane? 3. Using the InputBox, enter basic trigonometric identities we know (e.g. sinx/cosx=tanx) and show that they are true. Specifically enter those regarding the reciprocals of these functions. How do the graphs make sense given what we already know about the originals? Given changes to the variables for each function, can you model these changes to the reciprocal funcitons as well?
