Estimating Angles
Instructions
Step 1. On paper, make a Report Table:
Step 2. Estimate
Turn off the protractor display.Use the MOVE tool
to move Point D and change the size of the yellow angle.
Now, with the protractor still turned off, estimate the size of the angle you created and enter your estimate in the middle column in the Report Table.
Step 3. Check Your Measurements
Now turn on the protractor display.
Use the protractor to actually measure the angle you created.
Enter this value in the Report Table next to your estimate.
Construct four more random angles and repeat Steps 1 and 2 for all of them, completing the Report Table.
