Tool "ApolCirc" constructs circle(s) that tangents to three selected circles.
NB. If you wish to make circle that touch outer, or "big" one please select
this big, exterior circle first. For inner circles selection order has no matter.
Tool "InCirc" constructs two circles that inscribed in selected circle.
Parameter number (1..10) sets ratio of their diameters.
