The following is a trapezoid.
1. Discover different properties of the parallelogram by measuring sides and angles, finding slopes. Then draw the diagonals and do the same things.
2. Create the midpoints of each side of the parallelogram and connect them to form a quadrilateral. Discover what kind of a quadrilateral it is by measuring sides, angles, etc.
