The map of The A.L. Geebrah Forest Preserve has been overlaid onto a coordinate plane. You are a forest ranger stationed at coordinate (2, 3). You notice a small fire at a tent located at coordinate (6, 5). It is your responsibility to put out the fire, however, the ranger stationed there before you forgot to fill the portable water tank. You must go to the river to fill up the tank before you can put out the fire. You need to do this in the shortest amount of time possible, so you must travel the smallest distance possible.
Point W represents where you will fill up the portable water tank at the river. Move point W along the river to the point that will minimize your total distance travelled. (Find Point W so that UW + WT is a minimum distance.)
