Examples of Convergent and Bounded

Instructions

The dynamic activity contains 5 example sequences (change examples using the dropdown number in the top left-hand corner). For boundedness: The 'n' slider will generate new terms in the sequence; the 'M' slider will generate the interval [-M,M]. Use these to determine if the example sequence is bounded. For convergence: Input the 'a' value as a candidate for the sequence to converge to. The 'n' slider will generate new terms in the sequence - the 'last' value might be considered N; you can generate arbitrary values for randomly with the button, or with the '' slider.
