Almost a hundred teachers from different schools have already joined the project. The project end is planned for June 2011: the Institute will release a certification of “user” or “expert” level to teachers that participate in the project.

  • Develop and sharing of materials and resources;
  • Research on mathematics education and collaboration with other Institutes, e.g. in Italy another Institute was born in Bari. Moreover, Gaetano Di Caprio will be an invited speaker at the "III Jornada de l'ACG (Associació Catalana de GeoGebra) http://acgeogebra.cat/joomla/
  • A presentation by Ornella Robutti on "Open Problems in Geometry with GeoGebra: explorations and conjectures" (planned in early January, in Turin)
  • Another planned activity is to organize a 1-day GeoGebra workshop e in conjunction with the fifth edition of the DI.FI.MA Conference (5-6-7 October 2011), to be held in Turin on the 7th of October (with invited speakers, local presenters, workshops by grade levels).
