Midpoint Command

The Midpoint command has two variants:
- Midpoint[segment s] - creates a point at the midpoint of line segment s
- Midpoint[point A, point B] - creates a point at the midpoint between A and B
Notes:
- The point appears in the algebra window as a dependent object.
- A point explicitly specified in the parameter list will NOT be created.
