Line Bisector

Action: Creates two points A and B and the line bisecting the segment between them.

or

Action: If an existing line segment is selected only the bisecting line is created.


Notes:

  • The points appear in the algebra window as free objects.
  • The equation of the new line is displayed as a dependent object.


Tips:

  • Holding down the mouse button while creating a point will display its coordinates, allowing you to position it precisely.


Equivalent Command: LineBisector [point A, point B]

Equivalent Command: LineBisector [segment s]
