Eccentricity Command

Syntax: Eccentricity[Conic c]
Action: Returns the amount of eccentricity of a conic to the algebra window.
Example: Eccentricity[c]
Notes:
- The eccentricity is half the distance between points A and B.
- Obviously the eccentricity of a circle is zero.
