Asymptote Command

Syntax: Asymptote[hyperbola h]

Action: Creates the asymptote lines of hyperbola h

Example:

Hyperbola[F, G, 1]

a = Asymptote(h)

lines a1 and a2 will be created.

Notes:

  • The equation of the lines appear as a dependent objects in the algebra window.
  • The name of the lines can be specified (subscripts will be used)
