Galleria Umberto

In downtown Naples is the public shopping gallery, Galleria Umberto. The Gallery was built between 1887 and 1891 and was 
named after King Umberto I who was the king of Italy at the time. Below is a view from the center of the compass rose on the 
floor in the center of the gallery. Across the bottom of the image you can see the four cardinal directions marked on the floor.

Your task is to construct the compass rose in the GoeGebra applet at right. Your construction should pass the drag test.
