Triangle Centroid Curiosity

In the sketch below, you will find ΔABC with vectors u, v, and w drawn from an arbitrary point D.

In the ALGEBRA INPUT LINE enter u+w+v (yes...must be lower case).

Now click on the check box to show u+w+v. What's up with THAT?

Drag point D around, and discuss any observations.

Right click on the vector z, and select TRACE ON.

Now drag point D around. What do you notice?
