Triangle to a Quadrilateral

Below you will see Triangle ABC. How did each of the verticies transform to it's 'prime' image? (There are two transformations that will produce the image points. Can you find both of them?)
If you were to connect the verticies of Triangle ABC with one of the image points, what type of quadrilateral is formed? Is this true for any of the 3 image points you pick?
