Perpendicular Bisection of Two Points

The task is to construct the perpendicular bisector between any two given points.
1. Start by arbitrarily plotting two points.
2. Plot a line through the two points.
3. Using only the tools provided in the toolbar, construct the perpendicular bisector of the line.

Questions to answer.
1. Given the resulting plot, what conditions must be applied in order to construct the perpendicular bisection?
2. Given the conditions for constructing the perpendicular bisecting line, can you construct a parallel line to the original line?
3. From your observations, if the process for perpendicular bisections are continued, what other regular and non-regular geometric figures can be constructed?
